iBanking & ATM Fund Transfer

We accept Local Bank (UOB/OCBC/DBS/POSB) Transfers and PayPal payments.

For Bank Transfer (via ATM or Internet Banking), we will need you to inform us that your transfer has taken place. Please reply with:

For iBanking: Your transaction reference number or Initial used for the transaction
For ATM Transfer: A snap shot of your ATM Receipt

For Inter-bank Transfers, it will take 3 working days for the banks to clear the transaction. Upon completion of transfer, your order will be mailed out on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

We send our items through local mail provider, Singpost. Should you need other mode of delivery, please indicate under comments upon confirmation of orders.

Should any order that weigh above 2KG will be delivery by our Team directly.
* We apologize that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

HockGiftShop.com will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if required). All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery.

For registered parcels, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/

HockGiftShop.com shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcel sent. Thus, customers are strongly encouraged to select the registered mailing option.

International

Upon sending our confirmation email, all orders will be processed for shipping immediately. We use Singpost Registered Airmail for all international shipping or such other countries that we deem appropriate by Hock Gift Shop, therefore Singpost Terms & Conditions apply.

The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the items, mode of shipment and shipping address submitted at Checkout. For an estimation of the postage, you may wish to use the postage calculator service provided by SingPost. Our shipping zones are based on Singpost's zones.

All parcels are subject to custom inspection / clearance (Singapore and destination countries) which may add to the time taken for the package to arrive. If your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with details of your order.

For certain destinations, Track and Trace service is provided for Singpost Registered Airmails. For such cases, a tracking number will be emailed to you at the email address provided. The delivery status of the parcel can be tracked online at http://www.singpost.com/

Custom Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur custom duties, levies or taxes. Please note that the shipping charges do not include all these costs (if any) that may be levied when your parcel reaches the destination country. It is your responsibility to pay any charges / taxes levied by the relevant authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which you receive our items. We are required by law to state the content and full value of the shipment. We recommend that you check with your local authorities for further information.

Please ensure the shipping address you provided is accurate and complete as any inaccuracies or incomplete information can lead to delays. If an order shipment is undeliverable, the items you ordered will be returned to Hock Gift Shop in Singapore at your expense.

Hock Gift Shop will ensure each item is in good condition before it is packed for delivery / shipping . However, there might be cases where the goods might be damaged during the delivery / shipping.
